Shipping Information:

Orders for items that are in stock, placed before 12:00pm (Eastern Time Zone), will be shipped same day. Drop-ship orders will ship 2-5 days after receipt of order.

LTL shipments will be subject to a $225 fee, that must be collected before the order is processed.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

A 25% restocking fee applies to all orders and freight will not be refunded. Drop-ship orders will also be subject to a 25% restocking fee and refund will be issued when credit is issued to us. Freight for returned goods is the customers responsibility. All returns must have returned goods authorization (RGA). You can obtain an RGA number by e-mailing steve.patterson@contractorsconnectioninc.com
